Before you first use a feature that touches your pet's health, PetSenseAI shows a short safety notice and records that you read it. Below is the exact wording of each notice and the revision currently in force. Your own record is in the app under Settings, Privacy.

Account terms and eligibility

Before you create an account

  • PetSenseAI is available to people in the United States only. By continuing you confirm you are located in the US.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian remains responsible for veterinary decisions about your pet.
  • PetSenseAI is an AI-assisted triage and monitoring tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any medical concern about your pet.
  • You agree to our Terms of Service, including binding arbitration and a class-action waiver, and to our Privacy Policy.

Photo scanning

Revision 2026-08-08 · Required before use

Before you start a scan

  • PetSenseAI is an AI-assisted triage and monitoring tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any medical concern about your pet.
  • AI analysis can be incomplete or wrong. Results depend on photo quality, lighting, and the information you provide, and no accuracy level is guaranteed. Never delay or avoid veterinary care because of a result. If something concerns you, call your vet.
  • If your pet is in distress - collapse, laboured breathing, seizures, uncontrolled bleeding, suspected poisoning, bloat, or trauma - stop and contact an emergency veterinarian or a poison control line immediately. Do not wait for a scan result.
  • You remain responsible for your pet's care decisions, including whether and when to seek veterinary treatment.

Ask PetSenseAI chat

Revision 2026-08-08 · Required before use

Before you chat

  • Ask PetSenseAI is an AI assistant. It has not examined your pet, it is not a veterinarian, and no veterinarian reviews its answers.

Video and gait scanning

Revision 2026-08-08 · Required before use

Before you record a video scan

  • Video scanning looks for movement patterns across frames you record. It is observational pattern matching, not an orthopaedic, neurological, or cardiac assessment.
  • Results depend heavily on framing, lighting, surface, and how your pet moves on the day. A calm result does not rule anything out.
  • Record only when it is safe. Do not push, chase, or force your pet to move to get a usable clip.
  • You remain responsible for your pet's care decisions, including whether and when to seek veterinary treatment.

Behavior analysis

Revision 2026-08-08 · Required before use

Before you run a behavior scan

  • Behavior analysis compares signals in your clips against your own pet's earlier clips. It describes change over time, it does not identify a cause and it does not assess pain, anxiety disorders, or cognitive decline.
  • Baselines need several clips before comparisons mean much. Early results can shift a lot.
  • AI analysis can be incomplete or wrong. Results depend on photo quality, lighting, and the information you provide, and no accuracy level is guaranteed. Never delay or avoid veterinary care because of a result. If something concerns you, call your vet.
  • You remain responsible for your pet's care decisions, including whether and when to seek veterinary treatment.

Emergency mode

Revision 2026-08-08 · Shown on entry

Emergency mode limits

  • This screen gives general first-response information and helps you reach a clinic. It is not an emergency service and it does not dispatch help.
  • Call an emergency veterinarian or a poison control line now. Do not delay care to use this app.
  • Clinic listings, hours, and phone numbers come from third parties and can be out of date. Confirm by phone before you travel.

Medication and supplement reminders

Revision 2026-08-08 · Required before use

About medication reminders

  • Reminders repeat the schedule and dose you enter. PetSenseAI does not set, check, adjust, or verify any dose, and it does not check for drug interactions.
  • Only a veterinarian who has examined your pet should decide what to give, how much, and for how long. Follow the label and their instructions, not this app.
  • Reminders can be delayed or missed by your device, your notification settings, or loss of connectivity. Do not rely on them as the only way you remember a dose.
  • You remain responsible for your pet's care decisions, including whether and when to seek veterinary treatment.

Nutrition and product checks

Revision 2026-08-08 · Required before use

About nutrition and product checks

  • Calorie and portion figures are general estimates from published formulas and the details you enter. They are a starting point for a conversation with your vet, not a prescription diet.
  • Ingredient and toxicity information comes from third-party product databases and can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong for the exact item in your hand. Always read the label.
  • If you think your pet ate something harmful, call a veterinarian or a poison control line immediately rather than scanning the package.
  • You remain responsible for your pet's care decisions, including whether and when to seek veterinary treatment.

Sharing reports outside the app

Revision 2026-08-08 · Required before use

Before you share a report

  • A share link lets anyone who holds it open the report until it expires or you revoke it. Send it only to people you intend to read it.
  • Shared reports include your pet's details and the AI output. They are AI-generated decision support and have not been reviewed by a veterinarian.
  • Once someone has downloaded or screenshotted a report, revoking the link cannot take that copy back.
  • You confirm you have the right to share the pet information in the report.

The Pack community

Revision 2026-08-08 · Required before use

Before you post in The Pack

  • The Pack is a community of pet guardians. Posts and replies are personal opinion, not veterinary advice, and are not reviewed or endorsed by PetSenseAI.
  • Do not post anything you would not want public: posts, photos, and meetup locations can be seen by other members.
  • Meetups are arranged between members. PetSenseAI does not organise, supervise, vet attendees, or take responsibility for what happens at them.
  • Harassment, medical instruction to other members, and selling medication are not allowed and can end your access.

Vet consults and bookings

Revision 2026-08-08 · Required before use

Before you book a consult

  • Veterinarians offering consults through PetSenseAI are independent licensed professionals. They - not PetSenseAI - are responsible for the care and advice they provide. PetSenseAI operates the booking and payments platform only.
  • A remote consult cannot replace a hands-on examination. The vet may need to refer you to an in-person clinic, and you still pay for the time booked.
  • Whether a vet can advise you, and what they can advise, depends on the licensing rules of your state.
  • On-demand calls are billed per minute from the moment the call connects. Charges apply even if the outcome is a referral.
