How much does PetSenseAI cost?
Companion is $10 a month for one pet, Family is $15 a month for up to three pets with $5 for each additional pet, and PetSense Plus is $29 a month for unlimited pets and includes behavior video scanning.
Is there a free plan or free trial?
No. PetSenseAI is subscription only, so every plan bills from day one and there is no free tier, free trial, or free scan allowance. You can cancel at any time from Settings or the billing portal.
What happens if I run out of chat messages?
You can top up 50 more Ask PetSense messages for $5 at any time, or upgrade to a plan with a higher monthly allowance.
Which plan includes video scanning?
Behavior video scanning is available only on PetSense Plus. Photo scan modes are included on every plan.
Can I add more pets later?
Yes. Family covers up to three pets and charges $5 a month for each additional pet. PetSense Plus covers unlimited pets.
